Ya. Their menu and prices can be found on their site. I believe Friday's and weekends are a couple bucks more. But they also have a couple exclusive sashimi options only available during those days. They also have a new hot pot menu!!! I love igi's totally worth every penny!

Soy

To a degree. If you are gluten free stick with the meat options, but do ask what kind of marinade they have on their meats just in case. I believe all the crab is imitation so thats a no go unfortunately. Also, they do have sashimi that you can order but you most likely will have to ask what is in the wasabi and what kind of soy they use. Of course it's always best to call them for more accurate info on their ingredients.
